Items Needed to Start in the Infant & Toddler Nursery

• Completed Parent Handbook (pages 19-22)
• Infant Toddler Feeding Plan and typical daily schedule
• Up to date immunization record
• Tuition and registration fees
• Physicians statement for status of child’s health
• Physicians note for medication (including over the counter medication)
• Diapers & wet wipes
• Breast milk, formula, or milk in pre-made bottles (enough for the day)
• Food (breakfast, lunch and snacks) (no nuts or nut products)
• Bibs
• Pacifier (if used)
• Sippy cups
• Full-size crib sheet
• Small pillow and blanket
• Several changes of clothes (including coats, hats and gloves)
• Any other item that you feel will make your child’s day more comfortable.

A statement of good health will be required within the first 30 days of attendance. This is a statement from the doctor that says the child is okay to attend the school. It can be on a prescription pad or doctor letterhead.
